Very disappointed with Amazon
By Jane W. Jernigan
I have not read the books. They are a gift. But I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered the three book set but received 3 separate books - one hardback and 2 paper back. If I had ordered the 3 separate books the cost would have been #34.38 with no shipping costs. The set of books that I ordered and did not get cost $49.18 plus 3.99 in shipping costs for a total of $53.17. I was willing to pay more because I want the boxed set for a special gift. I am very upset that I had to pay $18.79 more to get what I did not order.

There is no better SEAL Training Program on the market!
By Don Mann
If you are interested in getting "SEAL FIT" because you are preparing for BUD/s, some other elite unit or because you have a desire to see what it takes to train like a Navy SEAL - there is no better, more comprehensive workout program on the market than the Anatomy of Fitness Elite Training Navy SEALs Workout!! I was a SEAL Training Officer at ST-2 and ST-6 and have trained hundreds of civilians wanting to make it to and through BUD/s over the last 30 years and I would have been much more effective in my job if this program were available at the time. Awesome workout! Great strength builder and fat burner
By jared martin
Awesome workout! Great strength builder and fat burner. This is truly a workout drawn from the Special Operations community. Its a great foundation for the rookie, refresher for the operator, and another tool for the guy or girl looking to diversify their workout. I work as a Police Officer currently and this keeps me functional for my job while I see strength gains only after 2 weeks! Easy to understand instructions with pictures and description. Be ready when you do the phase II workout. Hydrate and prepare. It will show you why the box has "Navy Seals Workout" printed on it.

Great workout!
By Edward D. MacDonald
This workout is definitely not for the faint of heart. However, as the Navy SEALs like to say to recruits: "The mind and body are capable of ten times more than you think they are and we're going to prove it to you." If you stick with this workout routine you'll find you ARE capable of much more and you'll blow past your self-imposed limitations. Remember, if it were easy, everybody would do it (and I suppose there would be a picture of Richard Simmons on the cover instead of a SEAL)!

Nuts & Bolts of Innovation Management
By Erik
I'm reading this book for an MBA course on leading innovation. It's a good book for understanding the fundamentals of innovation management. Unlike others that are long winded about the "why" of innovation, this book moves readers quickly into the "how to" of innovation management.

I highly recommended the book if you're new to the process of innovation.

A great hands-on reference book in innovation
By C. Marseth
The Innovation Management book is an excellent, hands-on reference book related to the innovation process. The authors have in this book compiled practical methods in how to map and monitor the innovation climate inside an organization. And they have not stopped by that - the authors have also given practical examples on how to move on from an identified level in order to boost the innovation.

The many case boxes also help in practical understanding how the level of innovations can change in a company.

I used the book during my MBA studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, Leading Innovation

Agile Data Warehousing for the Enterprise: A Guide for Solution Architects and Project Leaders, by Ralph Hughes

Building upon his earlier book that detailed agile data warehousing programming techniques for the Scrum master, Ralph's latest work illustrates the agile interpretations of the remaining software engineering disciplines:

  • Requirements management benefits from streamlined templates that not only define projects quickly, but ensure nothing essential is overlooked.
  • Data engineering receives two new "hyper modeling" techniques, yielding data warehouses that can be easily adapted when requirements change without having to invest in ruinously expensive data-conversion programs.
  • Quality assurance advances with not only a stereoscopic top-down and bottom-up planning method, but also the incorporation of the latest in automated test engines.

Use this step-by-step guide to deepen your own application development skills through self-study, show your teammates the world's fastest and most reliable techniques for creating business intelligence systems, or ensure that the IT department working for you is building your next decision support system the right way.

  • Learn how to quickly define scope and architecture before programming starts
  • Includes techniques of process and data engineering that enable iterative and incremental delivery
  • Demonstrates how to plan and execute quality assurance plans and includes a guide to continuous integration and automated regression testing
  • Presents program management strategies for coordinating multiple agile data mart projects so that over time an enterprise data warehouse emerges
  • Use the provided 120-day road map to establish a robust, agile data warehousing program

"Ralph's book goes way beyond just agile programming―it illustrates an iterative approach to the full development life cycle and is particularly relevant to issues of data quality that we focus on at DAMA. The hyper modeling techniques in particular will allow teams to avoid the death trap of producing big, risky application designs up-front before a project's requirements are fully known." -- Ken Dunn, President of DAMA’s Houston chapter

"Agile techniques and Ralph’s adaptations for enterprise data warehousing have dramatically improved our ability to understand business needs and to then plan, track, and deliver upon those needs for large and small projects. This book provides a thorough treatment of the vital leadership practices for agile projects including requirements, architecture, and quality assurance." -- Richard Tench, Manager, Information Delivery, major Canadian insurance company

From the Back Cover

For Leaders: Adapt and Endure
By Daniel C. Upton
The book is exceptionally well named and, as always from this author, well written. From the always-important perspective of forward-thinking data project leadership, it closes the loop on agile data warehousing at enterprise scale. Books from others have introduced agile dimensional modeling, mapped agile terminology from application development to business intelligence, or defined new, agile enterprise data warehouse architecture in detail. However, this book, which is targeted to project leaders, describes, with sufficient detail for the target reader, how the most challenging, most agile-resistant pieces of data warehousing -- the data structure itself (data model), ETL coding, testing, and change management – are logically broken down into agile-sized, requirements-scoped chunks of business value while completely avoiding data silos, sustaining an enterprise-wide perspective, and as a big bonus, maximizing adaptability to future change and easy enhancement. Friend, you are not dreaming. Following this method, the scope-creep that inevitably followed traditional best practices, from agile requirements to the very non-agile big data-model design up front, becomes a thing of the past.

HYPER NORMAL MODELS: Known to insiders as Data Vault, the methodology is aptly explained at the level of, if you will, the detail oriented project leader or enterprise architect (vs. a data modeler or engineer) seeking a deep immersion for assessment and implementation oversight. Accordingly, the book describes a cross section of architectural alternatives as the method has evolved in Europe, the U.S., and the land down-under. Among these pathways, two important ones that received less coverage than others in this work are Business Vault and Data Vault 2.0 (DV2).

Business Vault, a layer just-downstream containing rules-based transformed data, either as views or tables, has continued to evolve, as it needed to, such that it actually does provide a nicely standardized method for querying the tables once they are loaded into Hyper Normal structure, either for direct querying or in order to subsequently load a data presentation layer. Those who found writing queries directly from a hyper normal model, and especially those getting started as data modelers or ETL engineers, will benefit greatly from learning more about Business Vault patterns.

Data Vault 2.0 is an innovation in Data Vault, intended to move it from primarily a data modeling methodology into a more modern data warehouse logical architecture that supports increased data loading parallelization and a more loosely-coupled integration with Big Data, in which huge data velocity or volume demands an absolute minimum of target table dependencies. The book “Building a Scalable Data Warehouse with Data Vault 2.0”, by Dan Linstedt and Michael Olschimke covers this innovation with the consistency, the detail, and the excellence that it deserves.
However, in my view, it is THIS book by Hughes that provides that all important data project leadership perspective for a data project leadership framework, if you will. Readers of this book who are intrigued with DV2, and who want to succinct, powerful 'how to' on DV2, should look into Kent Graziano’s “Better Data Modeling: An Introduction to Agile Data Engineering Using Data Vault 2.0” (Kindle), which is a near-perfect complement to this one, guiding data modelers and engineers seeking detailed ‘how to’ on DV2 patterns.

Moreover, this book I'm reviewing now has, in my view, the best top-down (project leadership framework) perspective to date on this exciting methodology. Hughes knows how to communicate and make it not just pallatable, but actually compelling.

HYPER GENERAL MODELS: The author also provides a fine introduction to a methodology for transforming source data directly, running it through a commercial transformation engine, then essentially loading it into dimensions and facts -- a proprietary methodology that is described as being available only through a single business intelligence platform vendor. The method, as I read it, does not simply rely, as I had expected it might, on the clever use of well-known table-generalization, aka ‘Universal Data Model’ principles, with their generalized ‘sub-type / super-type’ tables that, as a very high level explanation, reduce the number of tables essentially by storing records of varying concepts in a single table. Notwithstanding the author’s solid coverage of the hyper-general concepts, his indication -- that the commercial platform that actually executes it leaves some of these logical layers of hyper-generalization away from view from designers using the product – leaves me a bit concerned. However, since I have not used the commercial platform, I will not comment on it further, except to say that this author’s explanation of this intriguing platform was excellent.

Practitioners who fail to understand the insights offered in this book – instead sticking with either the old practice of big-enterprise-design-up-front, or the tactical (requirements driven) design, or no design approach of the inexperienced -- will find that their solutions are too slow to adapt to business change in modern times and will soon gather dust. Data warehouse project leaders who read this book and implement its guidance will know how to keep their solutions, careers, and teams dust-free. Recommended reading.

If you want to know about real world Agile Data Warehousing, this is the book to read!
By Diana Collins
"Agile" is a hot topic these days, but when it comes to data warehousing, being agile is easy to say, but hard to do. Data warehouse projects often get mired down in trying to answer every question that could possibly be asked, rather than answering the questions that are most critical to the business. Ralph makes a great case in this book for a more business value based approach and provides some solid evidence that traditional tool sets have failed to provide the flexibility required. His presentation of the “hyper generalization” approach is very compelling, both in terms of business value and time/cost savings. Nobody knows this area better than Ralph!

Ralph does a great job describing Agile Data Warehousing and how to enable it in your enteprise. Recommend!
By Stephen Pace
I've seen Ralph present this material in person at TDWI, and he's exactly right. 60% to 90% of the labor we currently invest in EDWs today could be eliminated through methods described in this book. I particularly liked this discussion of how alternative data modeling techniques can enable agile delivery methods, and I thought the "hyper generalization" approach he presented had particularly large potential for the data warehouse automation space. Recommend!

Identity: Cultural Change and the Struggle for Self, by Roy F. Baumeister

What do we mean by "having an identity"? How has the process of establishing a personal identity changed over recent centuries? Is creating an identity harder today than in medieval times? Professor Baumeister explores these and other questions central to the understanding of the human personality and of deep personal concern to any individual. Drawing on a wealth of historical, cultural, literary, and philosophical evidence, the author describes the evolution of identity in the west over recent centuries--from the relatively simple and passive achievement of identity in feudal times to the more complex and uncertain process by which modern men and women must choose their identity. Out of this account and contemporary psychological research, the author delineates a theory of the nature and structure of identity. Along the way the reader is treated to fascinating discussions of how brainwashing works, how children learn who they are, the different kinds of identity crises, when and why the concept of a private or "hidden" self emerged, and how our view of love has changed from mild insanity to an ideal of fulfillment. Identity will be of interest to social, personality, and development psychologists, and their students. General readers will also find this book both stimulating and accessible.

Identity: cultural change and the struggle for self._book reviews Psychology Today November, 1986

The Spanish philosopher Jose Ortega y Gasset once said that "to define is to exclude and negate.' Perhaps that is why psychologist Roy Baumeister has chosen to describe rather than to define the central idea in Identity: Cultural Change and the Struggle for Self (Oxford University, $ 19.95). Identity, as Baumeister points out, is difficult to define, yet we all firmly believe we have one. And conceptual difficulties don't stop most of us from glibly discussing "identity crises' and "the self' as if these were concrete things.

Baumeister is on strongest ground when he examines identity from a historical vantage point. His clear discussion of the evolution of personal identity, from virtual nonexistence in the Middle Ages, through its gradualawakening during Renaissance, Romantic and Victorian times, to its place as a daily preoccupation in 1986, is convincing because it is well grounded in secondary historical sources.

Oddly, the book loses momentum when, in the last few chapters, the discussion turns to psychology. In the chapter on development of identity, for example, Baumeister ignores current ideas about the multiple bases of personality and fails even to mention psychoanalytic theory. Other passages concerning psychological topics, such as the chapter on brainwashing, have little or nothing to do with the lucid chapters on history that precede.

In his introduction, Baumeister acknowledges that the evidence for his arguments lies outside his own field of expertise. Unfortunately, so does his best writing.

untitled INTRODUCTION

The future ain’t what it used to be.
—Yogi Berra

We sat down in the meeting room with our hot coffee. Outside was a bitter-cold north European winter morning. In came our new client and we shook hands. “Thanks for visiting,” he said. “First, you should know that our product group is not large, maybe only eighty developers.”

We once met a group adopting agile development that was not sure if they could grow to very large-scale development: 12 people.

People have different scales in mind regarding ‘large.’ To some it means only 50 people or even less. To others, much more. We define a large product 1 group as one whose members’ names you could not remember if you were all together in a room. We work typically with single-product groups in the range of 100–500 people that are adopting Scrum, lean principles, and agile development practices, usually on software-intensive embedded systems. So by this definition—at least with our limited memories—this is the realm of ‘large.’

On to our key recommendation: After working for some years in the domains of large, multisite, and offshore development, we have distilled our experience and advice down to the following: Don’t do it.

There are better ways to build large systems than with many developers in many places. Rather, build a small group of great developers and other talents that can work together in teams, pay them well, and keep them together in one place with product management or whoever acts as the voice of the customer.

But of course you are still going to do large, multisite, or offshore development. This is because your existing system is already structured that way, or because—in the case of large groups—there is the mindset that “big systems need lots of people.” We regularly coach groups that ask, “How can we calculate how many people we will need?” Our suggestion is, “Start with a small group of great people, and only grow when it really starts to hurt.” That rarely happens.

Since large, multisite, and offshore development is going to happen, we would like to share what we have tried or seen at the intersection of these domains with lean and agile product development principles and practices. 2

Thinking and Organizational Tools

When Bas was a member of the leadership team of a large product group, he frequently (in meetings) asked, “Why do we have this policy? ... What will happen to the organizational system if we do that?” Months later a member of the team told Craig, “It drove me nuts to keep hearing those questions. But later, I appreciated it.” Bas wasn’t trying to be annoying; he was trying to suggest and encourage systems thinking—a thinking tool (1) to consider the deeper dynamics of the development system as a whole, (2) to understand how a system became the way it is, and (3) to reconsider assumptions underlying the existing organization.

When people are introduced to Scrum with its short timeboxed development iterations, they first see it as a localized practice to incrementally grow a product in small manageable steps, with learning and corrective actions toward a goal. Consequently, people will say, “Oh, ‘agile’ doesn’t affect me; that’s a development practice.” But there is a bigger picture and a potential higher-level learning loop beyond the lower-level development learning cycle: a learning organization of people that repeatedly re-examine the structures and policies that define and surround agile product development. The result of adopting Scrum or lean principles in very large product groups inevitably leads to this higher-level organizational learning challenge.

Example: Consider an enterprise whose R&D division tries to be more adaptive by adopting Scrum. The Sales division continues in their old mode: Maximize personal commissions and quarterly sales by promising the moon and the stars to customers, combined with almost boundless optimism for what “our great people in R&D can do.” Faced with unattainable ‘commitments’ R&D did not themselves design or make, R&D is then blamed for not meeting “our promises,” and it is concluded that “Scrum doesn’t really help.”

If this were a book about adopting Scrum only in one small 20-person single-product group within a large enterprise, systems thinking and organizational tools would be interesting but non-vital topics. But they are vital to a successful adoption when Scrum is being scaled to a 400-person single-product group, probably within a larger R&D organization in the thousands that is also making the transition, with deep connections to the Sales and Delivery groups, and constrained by traditional Human Resource and Enterprise Governance policies on team structures, reporting, measurement, milestones, contracts, and rewards.

Consequently, this book suggests that one cornerstone for large-scale Scrum and agile development is people who learn and apply various thinking tools, including (but not limited to) systems thinking, mental-model awareness, lean thinking, queueing theory, and recognition of false dichotomies. 3

With those thinking tools in place, it will become increasingly clear that the existing organizational design inhibits flow of value, leading to pressure for redesign. Hence, this book suggests a second cornerstone of organizational tools, including feature teams, requirement areas, and many other changes in structure, process, task, people, and rewards.

ACTION TOOLS

In parallel with adopting thinking and organizational tools, many action tools—specific development practices—help the product group get going on large, multisite, and offshore agile development. The effective use of these action tools—shared in the companion Practices book—is somewhat dependent on organization redesign. Many practices can be tried without deeper structural change, but constraints on benefit will be felt.

So the tools in this book could be seen as prerequisites for the actions tools of the companion book. Yet in reality, practices will be adopted first—because that is where people want to start. And that will eventually invite a look back at thinking and organizational tools.

We suggest that coaches and other change agents involved in the adoption of large-scale Scrum or lean development acquaint themselves early with thinking and organizational tools, while in parallel helping to introduce action tools. At some point the situation will be ripe—people will be ready—for a turn in the discussion from “How do we do large-scale continuous integration?” to “Do existing HR policies prevent real teams?” and “What is flow of value and what inhibits it in our organizational design?”

EXPERIMENTS: TRY... AND AVOID...

Scrum emphasizes empirical process control; there is too much complexity and variability for a cookbook approach to processes for development. Therefore, the tools in both books are presented as a series of tips that start with Try... or Avoid... to suggest experiments, nothing more. They certainly may not work in your circumstance. The approach both in Scrum and in the lean thinking practice of kaizen is to first inspect and grasp the existing situation. Then, second, to adapt with new improvement experiments. The attitude of endless experimentation is vigorously encouraged in lean thinking; perhaps the only bad process-improvement experiment is the one not tried. At Toyota, Taiichi Ohno—arguably the key contributor to lean thinking—would visit an area and inspect any written standards document. If it was covered with dust or otherwise not recently changed, he would grow quite impassioned and urge people to always evolve their ‘standards.’

In Scrum this inspect-and-adapt (experiment) cycle repeats every two- or four-week timeboxed iteration as long as the product exists. And in lean thinking, this continuous experimentation and improvement cycle applies both to individual products and to the enterprise as a whole.

LIMITATIONS

There is still much for us to learn about these domains. What we have written here and in the companion book reflects our current (limited) experience and understanding, which we hope will evolve in the coming years. For example, although we have lived for some years in China and India, we feel we have barely scratched the surface in terms of our multicultural experience and insight in relation to offshore and multisite agile development. Nevertheless, our sincere wish is that these tips are of some value to you. We welcome further insights and stories from our readers.

Large-scale Scrum can influence almost all aspects of a product-centric enterprise. To keep the scope of this material manageable and because of our limited experience in some of these areas, we bounded or deferred subjects that are worthy of more discussion. These include:

  • budgeting and finance
  • sales
  • product development not involving any software
  • marketing
  • deployment/delivery
  • hardware development
  • field support

Essentially, this book is relevant to general-purpose product development. Scrum and lean product development are not limited to software systems NT86. However, the bias is toward software-intensive systems (usually embedded) because of our background and because of the ever-growing ubiquity of software in everyday devices, from washing machines to shoes.

Especially in this book we dissect some assumptions and policies in traditional organizations that inhibit flow of value and effective teams. This analysis may come across as startling or challenging at times. We do not mean to give offense, but organizational redesign to support lean and agile development will not happen without increased scrutiny of traditional assumptions and increased transparency. Organizational change can also lead to displacement of talented people from old roles. As in Toyota, we encourage finding new areas of contribution for people within a company—both because skilled people deserve this, and because otherwise it inhibits change.

With both books combined pushing over 700 pages, we regret that we could not write or think better to make the subject of large...smaller.

On to thinking tools...

Be Agile/Lean Rather Than Do Agile/Lean
By Methods & Tools Software Development Magazine
This book is a classic example of the fact that it is better to teach somebody to fish than to give him fish. It emphasizes that it is important to "be agile" more than to "do agile". Approaches like Scrum or Lean are more frameworks to think about continuous improvement than tools that should be applied blindly like cooking recipes. The book will therefore tell you that "large-scale Scrum is Scrum" or that lean is not just kanban or waste reduction. The first part of the book is focused on thinking tools (systems thinking, lean thinking, queueing theory) that are presented with software project management related examples. Those who are looking for practical advice should not believe that the book remains only at the conceptual level. The authors distill many "try..." and "avoid..." recommendations that will help you implement agile and lean ideas in your organization. The second part of the book is devoted to organizational tools and the final chapter proposes frameworks to adapt Scrum to larger contexts.

This book is a must for those who believe that software development project management goes beyond the simple application of "silver bullet" recipes. It is a rich source of both thinking and practical content that is well suited for non-linear reading. A very good "Scrum primer" chapter at the end of the book will provide an introduction for those who are not familiar with this approach and a large number of "recommended readings" items will allow readers to explore more in details each concept.

You need to read this book if you want to do a successful agile transition
    By Andrea Heck
Listening to Bas Vodde's speech about "the trouble with component teams" at the Stockholm Scrum Gathering 2008, I was amazed. From the participants' reactions, you could easily hear and see when someone recognized his or her own project: The troubles he described seemed too familiar. Yet most real big software development organization seems to be facing them, even on their way to getting agile, if the development teams are still organized according to architectural components. He also could explain with a really practical background why and how these problems would be solved by having agile cross-functional feature teams. These insights can be found with much more detail in the "Feature Teams" chapter of this wonderful book.

Craig Larman and Bas Vodde have put together lots of valuable background information on lean thinking applied to software projects. The book describes how agility is based in the Toyota values and principles, as well as in systems thinking and queuing theory. But it is far away from being a theoretical book, since it contains lots of practical experiences from the authors and other people introducing Scrum into large organizations. A big emphasis is on understanding that the pillars of lean are "Respect for people" and "Continuous improvement" and that the lean principles and the methods with which they are supported will not work alone, without the rest of the framework. As well as you cannot "do agile" but only "be agile". These are things frequently misunderstood, especially in large companies. Suddenly you are invited to dozens of daily "Scrum" standup meetings held by managers who have heard that daily standups make you agile.

A chapter I particularly like is the "Organization" chapter. How can you form an organization around agile development teams? How should the product development organization above the teams be? What needs to be changed in the other departments? What happens to phases and milestones? How will the HR strategies be adapted, how will budgeting work? - Very valuable also the top ten organizational impediments they and other agile development experts found, e.g. "considering learning a waste of time and money". You do not get all the answers, yet many, and the right questions.

In few words: A lot of helpful insights and tools that you estimate if you want to do a successful agile transition. Lots of thanks to Bas and Craig! - I am looking forward to the announced companion book "Practices for Scaling Lean and Agile".

Great tools for those adopting agile on large teams
    By Ade Miller
While supposedly on vacation and sitting on a beach in Jamaica I finally got around to reading a couple of books that haven't quite made it to the top of the stack. This is largely thanks to the lack of slack and impending annual performance reviews. More on that later...

In the meantime what of Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Thinking and Organizational Tools for Large-Scale Scrum?

It turns out this wasn't quite what I was expecting. Which, in this case, is a good thing. Much of the nuts and bolts of large-scale development will be covered in an--as yet unpublished--companion volume; "Practices for Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Large, Multisite and Offshore Product Development with Large-Scale Scrum".

Why is this a good thing? Well, the second volume will focus on the nuts and bolts and the temptation would for many potential readers--myself included--to skip the theory and go straight to the applied. A bad idea when the central theme of the first volume is that large-scale agile adoption has effects throughout the organization. The development team and day-to-day development activities are just the tip of the iceberg.

The first section of the book focuses on thinking tools; Systems Thinking, Lean Thinking, Queueing Theory. Which is typical of the book's approach of giving the readers the tools to "Be agile rather than do agile". This makes a lot of sense. Large organizations are complex and unique, attempting to author a one size fits all recipe for agile adoption would seem unwise. But if you're expecting a book containing a prescriptive set of recipes then you'll be disappointed.

The second section covers the organizational tools starting off with Feature Teams and the inherent problems with component teams. The discussion expands to cover many other topics; building teams in place of managing resource pools, rewarding teams as opposed to individuals, a Beyond Budgets approach rather than a conventional annual budgeting approach. All these come into play when managing large scale organizational change to a more agile approach.

It's only in the last chapter that the authors put it all together and discuss two example Scrum Frameworks for large organizations. They also go to great lengths not to be prescriptive with "Try..." and "Avoid..." sections replacing "Do..." and "Don't...". Much of the details will be covered in the companion book.

There's a lot of material presented here and it leaves the reader with the somewhat daunting task of figuring out how to turn their organization inside out. Especially when considering something the size of Microsoft's Developer Division (of which p&p is part). There are some possible reasons for this:

There's an inflection point at some size/complexity scale where this approach breaks down.
Visual Studio's huge legacy, architecture, code base and long established engineering culture needs more change than I can imagine in order to map it onto the full Feature Team approach they describe (I'm not very imaginative).
The road from were we are today and the approach Bas and Craig describe is longer than I'm prepared to accept.
In some respects much of what we tried to do in Visual Studio Tools for Office 2008 maps onto their Product, Product Area and Feature Teams approach and we had moderate successes. I'll be giving my well-thumbed to various people in the Division's engineering team and see what they think. It's full of good ideas and definitely worth reading I'm waiting for volume 2.
